GCSE Results 2025 – A Year of Outstanding Achievement at Crawshaw Academy

Crawshaw Academy is celebrating another year of exceptional GCSE results, with our students achieving at the very highest levels across the country.

🌟 Academic Excellence at the Top End This year, 22 students achieved at least one Grade 9 – the highest grade possible, awarded only to the top-performing students nationally. A further 41 students secured at least one Grade 8, placing them among the best in the country. Grades 8 and 9 are equivalent to the old A*, but go even further to mark truly outstanding academic achievement.

🌟 Above National Average Performance Our success is not just at the top end – 73.4% of all GCSE grades were at Grade 4 or better, and 58.3% at Grade 5 or better, both figures above the national average. These results are a testament to the determination and resilience of our students, and the dedication of our staff who support them every step of the way.
